While I think this is a powerful article, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH BEING A WOMAN. Women do not have to "be ferocious" or "be like men" to have good emails or be great leaders.

Now that I'm running my own thing, we are a very female/feminine work environment. We're compassionate, we follow up on people's personal lives, thank you's are abundant, and there are many exclamation points!

I think our org is all the stronger for it. Rather than becoming more like men, I think women should encourage the rest of the world to catch up to why our style of writing and thinking makes so much more sense for the modern world.
