This is a really thoughtful comment. A lot of white immigrants with accents do face discrimination similar to minority races. But then I’d think it’s not discrimination on race; it’s discrimination on immigration status or accent.

I think people should only feel guilty for what they’ve actually done. That’s my two cents anyway.
