There is nothing Congress can do. We are about to be living a nightmare.

1. Republicans will filibuster and Democratic Senators (who include right-wing Democrats) won't vote to overturn the filibuster.

2. Congress doesn't have authority to pass this law. Under what clause? The Commerce Clause? If they try that, the Supreme Court will DEFINITELY overturn it.

It's hopeless. It's all hopeless.
