Okay, I understand where you're coming from and am not hating on you at all, which I've said every time. Also, as I've said every time, I am not comparing anything to anti-Black racism. It is far worse and not even the same thing. Where did I ever make comparisons to Black movements and Black lives? That being said, I still have read what you're saying and the articles you've linked and tried to understand where you're coming from.
So please also reassess your biases:
You say "EVERY SINGLE Desi woman you know agrees with you, including your best friend of several years." I am a Desi woman. You know me now. I do not agree with you about anti-white discrimination in MY culture, not Black culture. And you posed questions about their families like the ones you posed me? To ALL your Desi friends because they're Desi? (Oh my god, that's so offensive.) Later, you quote a Bollywood movie to educate me on my own culture? After you yourself admitted you're going to stop speaking further because "your tangetial exposure to Indian culture doesn't give you a speaking point." This is textbook racism. I hope you realize that. I'd never say all my Black friends agree with me and that justifies my beliefs, although many do. First of all, I don't ask all my Black friends to read all my pieces for a race check because that's racist. Second, I have way too many Black friends for them all to agree on anything because cultures and races are not monoliths! I have Black friends who vote Republican. How can you possibly know what ALL your Desi friends think and what ALL their problems are?
Finally, most of the points you make are completely valid, but are arguing against arguments I never made. I do agree with you, mostly. For example, you keep saying minorities shouldn't do unpaid labor and shouldn't be required to teach white people, claiming I said they should be required to. In literally every comment and the article itself, I said we shouldn't be required to; it's not our job. I have said several times now that I agree with you.
We shouldn't be fighting each other here. It's not my role to educate you on Indian culture, nor yours to educate me on Black culture. But please stop painting all of us as a monolith.
