Oh dear. Where to begin. I appreciate you are coming from a good place, but this is so problematic.

If you don't understand something, why write about it? Especially with a headline like "Sorry, But I Don't Understand What It Means To Be Non-Binary." That is so hurtful/offensive, like you fundamentally can't understand people who aren't normal to you. It's clickbait that takes away from articles written BY non-binary people. (This article was actually shared with me by someone who doesn't strongly identify as male or female and was hurt by this.)

Also, race is a real difference people notice. Being race-blind doesn't work either, as we've heard a lot lately. (In re your "human race" comment.)

(Also, did anyone notice Mattel thinks "gender neutral" means "short hair and sporty clothing"? That's so wrong! Plenty of nonbinary people wear dresses and makeup. Plenty of them have long hair! Do better, Mattel!)
