It's not the same thing beause people of color DO face much more racism than white people. Period. So when we complain about white people--even when we say "all white people"--it doesn't actually result in all of you being locked up, mistreated by police, stopped at the airport, and denied jobs. It just results in hurt feelings. And there's a huge difference.
