I don't think "racism" is just about power. I think individuals can be racist against other people, regardless of who has power. But this is just a definition argument; it's not actually an argument. I agree with you that the way you're defining racism, Black people can't be racist (what I'd call systemically racist) in America.

I do hope the oppressor will help, frankly. I hope they recognize how wrong this all is.
