Great point! For me, I work in a high impact job where I help people every day and I struggle with even justifying time off. (Does my happiness matter more than other? Etc.) I’m working on it.

If I didn’t have rules, I’d have no free time. I’m currently on meeting 2 of 6 today, Sunday.
