Both your response and Kai's are so interesting. I definitely agree with you, Michael, that it's not socialism or capitalism, it is people using tools to divide and conquer.

I am very concerned about the fact that men no longer invest with or mentor women. I'm seeing it happen everywhere. To both of you, any thoughts on how to fix that?
